The necklace itself is fantastic. My son has been obsessed with it since we got it - I also find fidgeting with it very soothing!
We received our first one a few weeks ago, and, unfortunately did have a slight issue last weekend with a ring becoming detached. However. On emailing Elspeth on the same Sunday afternoon the issue occurred, asking if there was a way I could fix it, I received a reply 3 hours later - 8pm on a Sunday - to say she was so sorry (Iβm sure she couldnβt have foreseen this happening!), that it should not have happened and a new one was being sent out to me the next day.
Not at all expected as I had hoped there was a simple way of fixing it that I was missing, yet a much appreciated gesture of wonderful customer service. Since receiving the replacement necklace, the new one does feel more sturdy than the last, so I believe this was in fact just a one off faulty one that had managed to slip through quality control.
Will certainly be a returning customer!
