Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in a clean, unused and resaleable condition, with any original packaging included where possible. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded if the item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, or if it is returned in a condition that reduces its value.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as returned items remain the sender's responsibility until they are received by us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Personalised or engraved products
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you would like is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that show signs of use, chewing, wear, damage, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may not be eligible for resale. In such cases, we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund to reflect the loss in value.
