We hope you love your Yummikeys products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Can I return my Yummikeys products?

Faulty items

If your Yummikeys product arrives faulty or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund.

Change of mind

Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are returned in a clean, unused and resaleable condition, with any original packaging included where possible.

Please note that products showing signs of use, chewing, wear, damage or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may not be suitable for resale. In such cases, we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund to reflect any loss in value.

Engraved items

As engraved and personalised items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error.

We recommend using a tracked service, as returned items remain the sender's responsibility until they are received by us.

How to Arrange a Return

Email us at info@yummikeys.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply promptly with return instructions and any information required to process your return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, plus any additional time required by your bank or card provider.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
