Can I return my Yummikeys toys?

• Faulty items: If your Yummikeys product arrives faulty or develops a fault, we’ll happily replace it or issue a full refund.

• Change of mind: Unopened and unused Yummikeys toys (excluding engraved items) can be returned within 28 days of receipt for a refund.

• Engraved items: As these are personalised, they can only be returned if faulty.

Please note that proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return postage

Return postage costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

How to arrange a return

1. Email us at info@yummikeys.com with your order details and reason for return.

2. We’ll reply promptly with return instructions and a short form to include in your parcel.

3. Once arranged, please send your return to:
