About Yummikeys
Designed by parents. Loved by families. Made to last.
We’re Elspeth and Rob — partners in life, parents to a blended family of six, and the team behind Yummikeys.
Yummikeys began with a simple idea: to create beautiful, sustainable, and safe baby toys that parents can genuinely trust. What started as Elspeth’s solution to a lost set of keys and a teething baby has grown into a small Scottish business loved by families across the world.
Today, Yummikeys is so much more than baby toys. It’s a collection of stainless-steel keepsakes designed to celebrate every stage of family life — from those first feeds and tiny teeth, to lasting symbols of connection like our Forever Linked necklaces.
What Matters to Us
Safety and quality first.
Every piece is made from 100% stainless steel — the same safe, durable material used for cutlery — and independently tested to the highest UK and EU standards.
Sustainable always.
All of our toys are certified carbon neutral, from their production right through to a lifetime of dishwasher washes. Stainless steel is endlessly recyclable and built to last, meaning fewer plastics and less waste.
Rooted in Scotland.
Our designs are all lovingly created in Scotland.
A Family Story
Running Yummikeys is truly a family affair. Between us, our six children have inspired every idea we’ve ever had — from the first set of keys to the latest feeding necklace. They’re our chief product testers, our chaos, and our motivation.
We love hearing how our toys and jewellery become part of your family stories too — passed between siblings, gifted to new parents, or kept as reminders of a precious chapter in time.
Looking Ahead
We’re proud of what Yummikeys has become — a calm, joyful corner of parenthood built on trust, sustainability, and connection. And we’re just getting started.
From new necklace designs to re-imagined classics, we’re continuing to grow Yummikeys with the same values that started it all: care, creativity, and family at the heart of everything we do.
With love,
Elspeth & Rob xx
