I was gifted this for my baby last year and he absolutely loved it. He turned 9 months last week, and was playing with the rattle on the floor, and one of the wires snapped. This meant two of the little metal balls came off, and the wire was exposed which was very sharp. Incredibly dangerous as both a risk for him cutting himself but mainly a choking hazard had he found the balls before I did. Initially I thought only one had fallen off, and then thank God I found the second one on the floor. I have emailed about this and had no response. I hope my product was a one-off faulty product, but I'm shocked as this genuinely could have led to a fatality had my baby tried to swallow the balls.

The knurling on the balls is a stroke of Genius & my babies (I foster babies) ALL love them!! Honestly, worth every penny! I actually can’t recommend them enough.
