Our Next Chapter: Growing Yummikeys as a Family of Eight

Hello! I have news for you all...

Most of you know that for the last few years Yummikeys has been my life and I gave it absolutely everything. My three children grew up being in, and helping at, photo shoots and taking sack upon sack of orders to the post office every day.

Having been unhappy in my personal life for a very long time, at the start of 2024 I left my marriage and embarked on my single parenting journey. Although in many ways I'd felt like a single parent since my first child was born in reality.

This then led me back to a job in accountancy (I originally trained and worked as a chartered accountant in Surrey) because I needed to be super sure I had a regular wage coming in. This meant I had to massively step back from Yummikeys because I simply didn't have enough time or energy for it.

Then, just when I thought I had a plan for my life and was feeling so happy being able to finally, freely choose my own future, I met my now partner, Rob, and life changed again in the best possible way.

We’ve worked hard over the last year to combine our SIX children (the dinner table is always lively!) — and it’s also given us a fresh perspective on what matters most. Yummikeys has always been about creating beautiful, practical keepsakes for families, and now, together, we’re ready to pour our energy back into it.

Rob is now full-time on Yummikeys, and I’m balancing my part-time accounting role with helping behind the scenes. We’ve got exciting plans to grow Yummikeys again across the UK — from relaunching our much-loved woodland keys to introducing a couple of brand-new products we can’t wait to share with you.
